It's pretty cool that AMD's Windows 8 tablet runs faster when it is docked to its Turbo Dock Keyboard to turn it into a laptop, and the tablet can be detached from the Turbo dock to use as a regular Windows 8 tablet with a touchscreen.

Hybrid Windows 8 tablet with a keyboard dock looks good for people who wants a Windows 8 tablet and laptop, but can't afford, or don't want both.

Plus, the removable dock is easier to replace when it breaks than a laptop keyboard which is screwed onto the laptop's case.

AMD should release its own OS now that Windows 8 is killing sales. Oh wait, they closed the OS research lab.

I would be happy with an AMD operating system based on a more popular operating system like Ubuntu, Debian, or Linux Mint.

I'd honestly say they should base it on something less popular than Linux, like BSD or Haiku.
