An unused song for red and blue was discovered early this year...

Some time after 2012 started an unused song was found for the original red and blue. Apparently, a game genie code made this play in pallet town:

and just as surprising, The guy who found it actually RESTORED the song to it's original state as shown in this:

Isn't it amazing that after 14 years pokemon existed, we have found so little in the game and is contunuing to discover stuff from time to time? I swear, we may NEVER know all the possible songs for the pokemon games.

But you have to admit that for 14 years, it's surprising that we never knew of this and that the song can be restored to it's original state.

I've heard several stories about people supposedly finding different things in R/B. Of course, very little of it is actually confirmed. Without knowing how he did this or anything, there is absolutely no reason to believe it exists. Maybe if you gave me the game genie code or something.

IF something like this did exist, then I would like to think they would have used it as something that unlocked after you beat the game and reawaken in Pallet Town. That way there is an upbeat music change that reflects the change in your goals as a player.

Interesting. Especially if this is actually true and it is somewhere in the game's code, meaning it was READY to be used.

I miss pokemon R/B.....I want them to be on the VC around the time B/W 2 come out ....that would be great
