"The Dock is an optional, multi-function accessory for Gamestick that allows you to wirelessly charge the Gamestick controller, store a ton of content, connect peripherals and using APS, power the stick," they said in a statement posted to Kickstarter.
The dock has a slot for an SD card that is expandable up to 104GB, or around 100 average sized games, one Ethernet port, three USB slots and an HDMI out.

Looks like a pretty good dock for the Gamestick. I like that the Dock supports wireless charging for the Gamestick controller, and the Dock supports a SD card up to 104GB. I wonder would the Dock support USB flash drives, and external USB hard drives for storing games and game saves as well.
The wired internet port is nice as well.
There is a keyboard, mouse, webcam and microphone in the 2nd picture as well, so this might mean people with the dock can play games with a keyboard, mouse, webcam, and microphone, or at least use them for online voice, video, and text chat.
If some company also makes a case with a TV screen and battery for powering the Dock, Gamestick, and TV the company can turn the Gamestick and Dock into a mini gaming console to play games on like a laptop.
