I think there are now Google Android Cameras as well, but many people just use their Camera on their Smartphone since it is good enough for taking pictures to post on Facebook, blogs, and forums where people generally just go on websites to look at pictures quickly, and might care less about the image quality compared to someone who goes to a museum or art gallery to look at photos.
I think Android made Windows Phone less popular since more people who use Windows like saving money because the Windows Netbook and $400 PC were very popular until tablets came around. I bet a lot of Windows Phone users, and users who thought about Windows Phone bought a $99 Android phone like the Samsung Galaxy S3 which you can get for $99 with a 2 year contract.
People who used Symbian, Palm, Blackberry, and feature phones most likely switch to Android since there are many cheap Android phones.
