Check Angel Beats and Gintama (over 250 episodes and still on-going) if you never watched those.

No clue about what animes are sub only since i only ever look for subs, but some you can try are:

- Jormungand (action) 8/10
- Binbougami Ga (comedy) 8/10
- A Channel (comedy) 7/10
- Campione (action, comedy harem anime with lots of french kissing) 7/10
- Canaan (action) 7/10
- Hidan No Aria (action, comedy) 7/10

If you are willing to try current on-going action animes:

- B-Tooom!!
- K-Project
- Total Eclipse
- Zetsuen No Tempest

If you wanna try other genres as well:
- Another
- Ghost Hunt
- Sora no Woto
- Kannagi
- Gunslinger Girl
- Dusk Maiden of Amnesia

I was watching Aria the Scarlet Ammo but found out that was dubbed so I stopped as I save dubbed anime to watch while I eat lunch or supper. But now I just need a anime to fill in the days while I wait new releases of other anime like SAO.
 
most of those anime's I haven't heard of (with the exception of Gunslinger girl).

Will have to check some of them out some time.
