Probably something wrong with your browser. I was on youtube yesterday, it was perfectly fine.

I never seen that glitch but I know a glitch that sometimes when I upload a video, it saids I uploaded the same video two times in a row in my channel page but when I go to my video list, there's only one copy of it.
