Anyone find it amusing when those online emulators post your own work?

If you're someone who's played around with ROM hacking/game modding?

For example:

http://www.letsplaysnes.com/play-marios-christmas-quest-online/

Now note the author on the original site:

http://www.romhacking.net/hacks/1727/

I just find it amusing that someone is bored enough to find out all those obscure Mario mods and add to a site supposedly about 'retail' SNES games. I mean, it's pretty much likely not legal, but it's just so random to search the name of something you modded and have it appear on some random site as if it was a flash game...

It is definitely not legal. They don't even list the author / developer / modder or whatever the appropriate word would be. No where on that page do I see a place for your name or anyone else's. At least they are not charging money for your work.

Yeah, it's not legal. I just find it kind of neat whenever something I've worked on turns up when I least expect it. Like how I feel when my real life web development work is still a noticeable part of a client's live website.
