Nope, but the YouTube video Editors looks very useful and Easy to use for editing, combining and remixing videos on YouTube.

You can use the Annotations feature after you upload your videos to add Annotations/Watermarks to your videos by going to your videos section in Youtube, and hitting the edit button for the video then the Annotations tab on the Description editor for the video.

LAst I used it ,it wasn't to feature rich,but it seems to have come a long way now. I will be sure to give it another try.
