It's an upcoming 3D platformer (think in the style of Rare's old games like Banjo Kazooie/Tooie and Conker's Bad Fur Day) and it's apparently heading to the Wii U if they can somehow meet their $40,000 stretch goal! Here's the Kickstarter:

So why am I interested? Well, this is why:
http://www.dkvine.com/?p=3835
Basically, the makers are die hard Rare fans, are including minor shout outs to their games in the title itself and one of them is even a DK Vine member by the name of Tom Bennett/Frogstar, who is apparently the lead animator for the project. And someone who worked on Elvis and Slick Monty (an Emmy winning TV series made by some of the people on the site) is involved as a voice actor too!
Seems like a pretty good project to be interested in and back if you ask me. And hey, if it does get funded, that could be the next step in reviving the classic Nintendo 64 style 3D 'collectathon' platformer as a viable game genre again, possibly leading to more Mario 64/Sunshine like games and less over the top linearity!
So yeah, anyone else interested? Anyone here planning on backing this game?
