Anyone use DuckDuckGo.com Search Engine?

It's alright, but whats with the anonymous search thing? Plus GF is low on it's ranking -_-

You can learn more about Anonymous searching at http://donttrack.us/ According to the site, Google shares your Google Search keywords, computer specs, and browser information with Webmasters who use Google Analytics, and Adsense/Adword advertisers.

But, Duck Duck Go does not share your searches with members.

I try Duck Duck Go a couple of times in the past. However, the site has no plan in accepting personal sitemap.  They aslo has a fews ads on their site too.
Are you implying that Google, Bing, etc. don't have ads...?

Maybe he has an Ad Blocker browser plug-in installed which blocks ads on Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other popular sites which uses popular ad services like Adsense, Microsoft Ad network, etc, but his ad blocker failed to block Duck Duck Go Ads because DDG are not popular like Google, Bing, and Yahoo.

Duck Duck Go seems to be using its own proprietary ad service instead of using Buysellads, Adsense, and other popular ad services for websites.

I have used this before it was nice and cool to use. The results were better, only thing was the domain name.

I heard of it months ago! I have use it for a few time, I have a great impression on this search engine. Yeah, the pages look simple and easy.

There is also http://ddg.gg/ which redirects you to https://duckduckgo.com/ . The short URL is easier to type, but I feel DDG.com would be easier to remember.

I like that Duck Duck Go loads quickly even on slow connections, and doesn't use animation for its logo like Google which sometimes change the logo to an HTML5 animation which may make very old or slow computers and laptop slow down if their video card, CPU, and RAM are very slow.

Also, DDG doesn't have autocomplete and auto-search which sometimes come up with weird searches, or can even slow down an older computer.

I read recently Google uses personalized search which uses your previous searching history, and other web history to come out with personalized search results which gueses what you are looking for, so autocomplete, and instant search on Google.com is a privacy concern, but only a small percentage of people know about Google Personalized search since it is not really talked about.

Google Personalized Search is a feature of Google Search and provided by Google. When a user is logged into a Google Account, all of his or her searches on Google Search are recorded into Google Web History.

Duck Duck Go is probably the better search engine for searching with more privately because there is no autocomplete,  instant search, and personalized search based on http://donttrack.us/
