Apple will Ruin Console Gaming

Apple store is the only way (legally) to get apps onto your iphone, what if a court were to rule that to be illegal? Where would that leave Sony and Nintendo who have similar online stores (PSN/eshop)?

I feel mini consoles and consoles with pre-installed games will be more popular if regular console gaming becomes more restrictive in the future.

Companies can load up their consoles with many games, and sell them all at once.

That would ruin a lot of markets. I'm not if that would ever happen really and I'm not sure who would want to take them to court about only being able to download apps from the Apple Store.
