This was one anime I just finished, that I should have paid attention to the reviews, which most say despite promising action setup, most of this anime is drama slice of life type stories based around an Italian mafia who uses the power of tarot cards. Even when it does get into action, its pretty short or underwhelming. Even though the characters and plot was enough to get me to the end, I found most of it boring and uneventful. Though I will say the music was pretty good and has great style and animation to it.
If you like slice of life animes, this may be for you.
