The Arcbook seems like a pretty good deal for $170. This looks like a good laptop for Skype, Google hangouts, and playing Android games with a keyboard.

I agree this is a good PC for those on a budget, and already has a lot of Android Apps since you can usually use Paid Apps on more than one device.
