No, I do not think mobile and internet games are a competitor to PC and console gaming, but they might make some people play fewer game consoles, gaming pcs, and disc based games since smart phone, tablet, and flash games might take up more of their time, and is good enough for their quick fixes when it comes to gaming on the go, or short gaming when waiting for someone somewhere like the mall, restaurant, etc.
 
PC Gaming and Console gaming are serious gaming if you know what I mean :p it would take alot of time or maybe impossible for tablets/smartphone to reach PC/Consoles! :)
 
I agree with your points unless Tablets and Smartphones can transform into consoles with an add-on like joysticks and wireless controllers like Razer Tablet.

Not at all. Casual games will always stay casual and won't be a competitor to mainstream PC titles. Unless of course like the Razer Project Fiona makes hardcore games possible on the go. :)
