Not sure, might be some early stuff from the 80s but no idea where to get.

Idk about specifically anime, but you can find copyright free music that's Japanese themed on websites that sell or give away those style songs.

It's all stuff you can snag off of Google searches of "royalty free anime music" or anything similar.
