I don't think it matters too much.
Animators are struggling at it is and there is no point in increasing this quality. What do you guys think?

Far as I'm aware, Gundam Thunderbolt is somewhat made with 4k in mind, though anime is nothing but upscaled in the first place.

I don't think it would make too much of a difference but 4k is always nice. It's one of those things that are like an added bonus and not essential
