I workout once in a while but I've never taken into yoga. I've seen some people getting into it at the gym but I don't think it's something I would really enjoy doing. Although, I believe that if it's not effective for whatever they are doing it, they won't be investing hours into it every day just like I do with my regular workouts.
Well, I'm not into yoga myself, but I have the plans to start soon because of its benefits. If you're looking for flexibility, balance, and mental clarity, yoga is definitely the way to go.
