Yes, I can see myself using a Blackberry smartphone since it can now download, and install apps from the Amazon Android App store which is the third biggest app store for smartphones and tablets. The quality of Blackberry phones also seem better than the many cheap Google Android phones where they don't look like they were made to last many years like some blackberry phones like the Passport, and Classic which look more durable.

Windows Phones are very affordable because you can get one for $50-100, and they run better than some Android phones in the same price range, so I can see myself getting a Windows Phone to use as an affordable smartphone. Windows Phone is also starting to get more apps for it as well, so over time there should be more apps for Windows Phone.

Ubuntu Phone also looks pretty interesting. I am a fan of Ubuntu desktop OS, so I would give Ubuntu a try if there were ever Ubuntu phones available where I live.

Firefox OS for smartphones look good as well for budget smartphones in the $50 or less category. I like Firefox web browser, so I would try Firefox OS if I got the chance.

I like both platforms so yes I would. Just because they are less popular doesn't mean that they are any less good (besides lacking apps).

just depends if the phone is good and works for my needs.

No I meant integrated, I must've misspelled the word and my keyboard app corrected it. But I meant that they should have integrated it a bit better than they did.

At the very least, they could have did what Samsung and other oems do and ran Android as it was, but add their own apps as well as made a launcher. Z10's software is basically Jellybean 4.2. But with Blackberry's disadvantages, such as slow start up, awkward ui and navigation.

I can run Google services and sideload Android apps just fine. I just think that Blackberry would've fared better as an Android oem, rather than going it alone. They could've even forked Android and kept a lot of the core functions, but added their own suite of apps like Cyanogen and Miui did.

I use android and I'll try to keep my next models Android, just to use the software and media I already paid for.
