Artisteer looks good for people who need to quickly make a theme for WordPress, Joomla, Dropal, Blogger, DotNetNuke, ASP.NET Application, etc without needing to learn how to code HTML, CSS, php, and learn Adobe Photoshop and image editing to make a Good looking template for their website or blog.

I like that all the user needs to do is press a few buttons to modify the look and feel of a blog template, and that Artisteer comes with a lot of images, and design suggestions which are easy to access with my mouse.

I wish they made a version of Artisteer for making themes and templates for phpBB3, and other forum software.
