Ever wanted to know anything about Assassin's Creed II? Well, today Ubisoft revealed just about everything you could want to know about the upcoming action game. First, the company revealed that the game will be released on March 16 in North America in two separate editions. The first, the Standard Edition, will contain the core game plus the extra Battle of Forli and Bonfire of the Vanities sequences and will sell for $59.99. The $64.99 Black Edition will only be available in a digital format and will include all the content from the Standard Edition plus "additional content."
The new game will support Windows XP, Vista and 7 and will require the following hardware configuration:
* Processor: Intel Due 1.8 GHz, AMD x2 64 2.4GHz
* 2GB RAM(1.5GB for XP)
* 256MB video card
* 8GB hard drive space
* Dual layer drive DVD-ROM
* DirectX 9.0, with compliant video and sound cards
For the full experience, Ubisoft recommends an Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 2.6 GHz or AMB Athlon 64 X2 6000+ processor, a GeForce 8800 GT or ATI Radeon HD 4700 video card, and a 5.1 sound card.
