Solo is pretty fun I won't lie to you. Sure it hyperfocuses too much on silly details but that kind adds to the charm for me.
Beckett and Vos aren't deep villains but they're just so damn fun. Beckett especially was just pure fun to be around cause he's a smooth scumbag who genuinely just tries to makes money. He turns on Han but it felt less frustrating, and more...fun.
Fun is how I'd describe this movie. It's not written that greatly, and it does have a few silly moments here and there (Maul's cameo is pretty unnecessary) but I don't know, I enjoyed this film.
