Doesn't really surprise me that Asian countries have higher IQs. Also having less people in the world isn't a bad thing IMO, I know the reasons why they have issues with birth rates is because so many people have waifus and you can't get a waifu pregnant lol. Kids are too much of a hassle and too expensive to have anyways IMO.

Hopefully, the IQ of more countries will increase when access to free and affordable online courses is easier to subscribe to because of high speed satalite and mobile internet making it more convenient to take online courses in places with more limited or no wired internet or slower and unreliable wi-fi connections.
