Bad voices or Bad voice acting?

Which do you think is worse? I would rather have bad voice acting. If a person's voice is too bad, I won't be able to take the character seriously.

There is actually no bad voices, only bad acting. You can't really tell what's good and bad on voice, it is just a matter of indivual preference.
