Wow, that is a rather bold move. But the batman arkham knight was so glitchy on the PC you couldn't play it and now its been removed till all issues are fixed.
so anyone here get it for PC and now seeking a refund?
I was tempted but all the talk of bugs and the port being awful drove me away. I'm glad that they're removing it and fixing it though, hopefully they get it up and running soon.
Honestly, I was half expecting it to be this bad. When Arkham Origins came out that was pretty buggy too. I'm gonna wait until the patches come and then I will buy it, probably wait for a sale too. I think it's a good thing that people can get refunds on Steam now, maybe Rocksteady and other developers will get the message that this is unacceptable.
I had heard the PC port was horrible but I wasn't expecting them to do anything like this. Probably a good idea on their part but they are still going to have a bunch of pissed off fans either way. They should have just taken the time to get it right in the first place, now they are delayed and already made people angry, not the best idea. I hope more companies that do PC ports look to this example and make sure they do it right.
I was thinking of buying this game, but the reviews due to the glitch has made me wait until it is safe, to use and also the company has solved the problems and customers are satisfied. It is sad that this has occurred since many people will want a refund if the game takes a long time, to fix and will upset PC users who will have to wait to play the game. I reckon that the company should reach out to the people who have suffered from this as, people may feel they are cheated and will complain.
