I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, but I just recently finished Hardline after owning it for a long time and I dunno if it's just me or not but I really really enjoyed the single player.

The characters were really fun to watch and the story was actually really enjoyable in my opinion. The game felt like a splinter-cell type game to me since I literally played it stealth the entire way through, rarely using my gun unless the mission gave me no choice. But man I really enjoyed it.

Is this the bad police version of battlefield?

I wouldn't say 'bad' lol but yea it's the cops and robbers version of Battlefied. :) I played the CRAP out of the Beta, but I can't really say I've played much of the multiplayer.. I was bored the other day and decided to play the Campaign, and I really enjoyed it.

I'm just saying what I've seen and most don't care for it.

As someone who has played all of the Battlefield games and Bad Company games it was a cool change, but it did get old rather fast. I think the awesomeness faded away after the beta. I picked it up for like 3 dollars and played it a bit again but shelved it until recently when I finally got around to playing the single player. For as cheap as the game is now, the story mode alone is worth the few dollars.

It was alright. I played this campaign before the Battlefield 4 campaign and after playing 4 I felt this one was much more enjoyable and also more polished in terms of gameplay. That said, it was still a pretty generic FPS shooter that lasts around 6 hours to me.
