This is Count Bleck and Tippi (in her human form) seen at the end of Super Paper Mario. I happened to come across it skimming through Deviant Art. Not too bad I say. I'm loving this piece of artwork. Not to mention the nice wind effects and everything.
Image display is kinda large so I hid it within a spoiler.

That's great, considering what they had to work with - just a shadowy shape. Since we haven't seen their faces or even what the look like we don't really know.
 
Anyone realise that this KINDA looks the grave site of Rosalina's mother? With the whole tree on the hill and whatever. Though I guess it's just a generic tree on a hill, still...
