Best Game You Played Recently?

Expedition 33, took a while but enjoyed it when it all came together.
 
Within the last few years Stray has been one of my favorite games that I've played. I'm a cat guy and being able to play as a cat in a cyberpunk setting was tons of fun.

What part of the game stood out the most for you—story, gameplay, or graphics?

Stray is such a unique experience especially if you’re a cat lover.
That cyberpunk world mixed with cat gameplay really made it stand out—did you enjoy it more for exploration or the story?

At first I enjoyed just going around and exploring, but once the story really started to pick up I loved it more for the story. I also didn't expect to see horror elements that actually made me feel uneasy in a game where you play as a cat.
 
Going Medieval has really been shining for me since its release. I’ve always loved RimWorld, but I wanted something with more focus on walls, fortifications, and that older‑era vibe; so Going Medieval ended up being a perfect match. It scratches that same colony‑sim itch but with a style that feels fresh.

That said, I think it still needs the same thing RimWorld needed early on: a defining DLC that really brings everything together. For RimWorld, Biotech was that moment where the game suddenly felt complete and full of new possibilities. Going Medieval looks great and has a solid foundation, but it still feels like it’s waiting for that one big expansion to push it over the top.

Still, out of everything I’ve played recently, it’s the one that’s grabbed me the most.

Story and music for sure while gameplay kept it fun and engaging.
