Out of all the Mario & Luigi games so far (the RPG ones like Superstar Saga and the like), which of them do you think is the best?

Personally, I think Bowser's Inside Story is the best game in the series so far. It's a got a great story with interesting characters and villains (Fawful is fantastic as the main antagonist, and both Midbus and the Dark Star are good too), the graphics and music are fantastic and the gameplay is great in general. You've got Bowser with his different abilities and minions, Mario and Luigi with their abilities and special attacks, two different types of world to explore and all kinds of interesting gimmicks and mini games, so I think it's just better than the others as a whole.

But which one do you think is better and why?
 
Superstar saga was the best they should make a 3ds version of it.



Do you have any reasons why you think it's the best game?

why is it that everywhere i turn. i see a topic immitating mine? polls specially. you viewed my Best Mario Game Ever! topic, saw that i was going to do Mario & Luigi in the far future. and took it upon yourself to do it when there's only 4 fuckin titles out right now.
 
Anyway...

I had to choose between Partners in Time and Bowser's Inside Story. BIS is overall better, while PiT offers more of a challenge, which I really enjoyed. BIS won though.
 
Okay, my vote is Mario & Luigi Partners in Time. It was the best game of all because of the bosses in the game, Elder Princess Shroob was by far the best villian of all in that game. And the music was great, especially the 2nd phase of the Elder Princess Shroob battle. Although I like all the games that is my most favorite game of all. :-)
 
My favorite game of these is BIS. It's just a great game with lots of plot, cool ideas, and interesting characters.
 
Bowser's Inside Story was the first M&L game I actually owned, and it's still my favorite. Superstar Saga comes in at a close second (to be honest, I've never played Partners in Time, even though I want to). Looking forward to the upcoming 3DS game!
 
I can't find Bowsers inside story everywhere and with those new 3DS games coming i keep buying those over Bowsers Inside Story, so after Luigi's mansion i will buy Bowsers inside story, and now i also got the original Super Star Saga on my Galaxy S III Mini on the gameboy advance app, so i will see how that one is.

But i only played and finished Partners in TIme, and i LOVED that game so much, so if people say BIS is better then that, then i totally want to have it, superstar saga seems like the worst one imo.

I also cant wait for the 3DS one, i kinda hope shroobs will somehow have something to do with it, but i doubt it, probably a new enemy.
 
I haven't played Partners in Time yet, but, from what everyone has told me, it's very good. Can someone please explain to me the plot? just don't give away the ending because I'm going to purchase it soon. Probably after Luigi's Manson DM, and a couple other 3ds games.
 
I'm having a hard time deciding between Superstar Saga and Bowser's Inside Story.

BIS was really fun. I didn't enjoy the 2D segments much...but it was still really great.
But SS was also awesome and remains a masterpiece to this day.

I didn't enjoy PiT as much as the other ones. I dunno but I didn't like the concept of fighting with the babies much. It was good...but not Superstar Saga-good.

I just can't decide.
