Either Android or iOS, what is the best mobile game available right now? Either F2P or a paid one - or well, why not both? If a game is good enough anyone is really to pay for it anyways!

I don't know about nowadays, but I used to be pretty partial to Fruit Ninja, Jetpack Joyride and Clash of Clans. Those were probably the two I spent the most time in. I don't really know what mobile games are that great nowadays. Jetpack Joyride is probably the one I spent the most time in. The customization and progression really drew me in.

I like Clash Royale a lot! It's basically the war aspect from Clash of Clans mixed with the card system used for games developed by 2K. It's definitely a different game from the rest on the iOS App Store (not sure if the game is for Android). It get boring from time to time, but you'll end up being on there for hours sometimes. I definitely recommend it!

I'm a long time player of Brave Frontier (almost 2 years now) and I just started playing Tales of Link due to the collaboration between the two games. I enjoy both of them.

If you like rhythm games, I cannot recommend Deemo highly enough. The other games by the same developer, Cytus and VOEZ are also very good, but Deemo is the best overall.

Shadow Era gets my vote for a well-designed TCG game that isn't pay-to-win. It's pretty similar to Magic the Gathering, but without the grind and paywall of Hearthstone. You can get packs really easily in this game, and with an ingame card store you can buy specific cards that you want using gold earned ingame (no need to pray to the RNG gods)

I think Hearthstone is one of the better mobile games available now if you're interested in TCGs. Although I find playing on PC to be a much better experience, it's certainly a lot of fun while I'm on the go to be able to hop into a match or two from my phone.

I haven't tried Deemo, but that's the earlier game before Cytus and VOEZ, right?

Yes, you are correct. Out of all of them Deemo has the best story in my opinion. Brave Frontier also did a collaboration with Deemo so that the unit of "Deemo and the Girl" was made available in the game. That's actually how I found out about it, and now that I've played it I love my Deemo and the Girl even more.

Two games I can recommend. King of Thieves (see my post history for a description; it's a parkour Mario Maker like game) and Tap Titans (which is a simple RPG like game with the pure goal of leveling up the highest you can). Good time wasters and quick play games.d

I enjoy Shadowgun. It is a third person shooter game which is pretty fun to play.

Asphalt 8, and Clash of Clans are pretty good as well.

I liked Clash Royale and Hearthstone. Clash Royale is super pay to win though, even more than Hearthstone (which you can equalize by playing a lot).

I play a lot of mobile games, mostly on my Kindle Fire, so I think I can suggest a good variety. I'm a sucker for games that have events, quests, and/or storylines so most if not all of them contain them.

Kim Kardashian: Hollywood
Kendall & Kylie
Farmville 2: Country Escape
High School Story
Hollywood U: Rising Stars
The Sims Freeplay
Spirit Stones (A TCG with a match 3 kind of element. I've played it for a couple years now)
Angry Birds Epic
Family Guy: Quest for Stuff

Those are the ones that I currently play regularly. Some of them might seem more female oriented but you can male characters in them.

I'm not a huge fan of most mobile games, but I would have to say my favorite mobile game/app right now is ExaGear strategies and RPG. The apps let you play classic PC games on your phone such as Arcanum, Fallout 1 and 2, Jagged alliance 2, Might and Magic VI, VII, or VIII, Disciples 2, Heroes of Might and Magic 3, Panzer General 2, and Civilization 3. Personally, I play Fallout 2 and Stronghold Crusader on it. Unfortunately, you do have to pay to use it after the free trial expires.
