...I don't think this list is true. To be honest, I think anything outside of a 5 year range is legible for a game to be selected for a top??? list. For modern games like...

... don't get me started on modern games. (any new game for the xbox/one & ps3/ps4 and so on...)

I want to see what the modern kid/teen/adult knows about classic to next-gen games. If you really want to be king of the nerds/geeks, (Master of all gaming) <---(what I like to call it)) ...Then you've got some serious studying to do. I'm not that I'm one, but OH MY ARCEUS! (see what I did there?)

..Please take this semi-seriously, and have fun!

From the list I had a hard time choosing between Kazooie and Tails. Both are awesome sidekicks. Kazooie is best way to fight in Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie and Tails can help you fly when you have a second play in the older games and even in the newer games he helps you. Like in the first level of Sonic 06 where you had to push a switch to help Sonic through.

However I ended up choosing Tails just because as a character I like him more. (Still not as much as Shadow when it comes to the Sonic series, but he's defiantly second.)

If you want to get technical though, I wouldn't say any of these characters are the best sidekick. I would say that it's a tie between Navi and Tatl. They may not help you fight, but they do point out weaknesses of enemies, which back in my first play through of Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask was the most helpful thing. The reason it's a tie though is because I don't find Navi annoying anymore and they both do the same thing. So naturally, it's a tie. Though, if I forced to choose, I would say Tatl because of her character development from being rude and spiteful to kind and sweet.

Gotta go with Midna. She's the only sidekick in a Zelda game that I actually cared about.
