Boba Fett was the first made so I would try and watch that one first even though in canon the Mandalorian from an older time.

I still need to watch the latest episode of the Book of Boba Fett. But I would probably say they are equally good (for me anyway). Loved them both for different reasons

A new special centered on Boba Fett is coming to Disney+ on Star Wars Day.
