Square-Enix previously announced that it would host a huge event at PAX this week to celebrate the 25-year anniversary of the Final Fantasy series. The event -- open to the public -- will be held from 1PM to 9PM PT this coming Friday. Different games from throughout the series will be on display, and Square-Enix plans to give away a variety of prizes.According to Community Manager Robert Peeler, everyone in attendance will receive a 25-year anniversary poster featuring art from famed artist Yoshitaka Amano.

Later in the post, Peeler notes that a special video presentation will be given at 7:30PM PT by Yoshinori Kitase, Motomu Toriyama, and Isamu Kamikokuryo -- all critical staff in the development of Final Fantasy XIII and its sequel. The presentation will "reveal new details about the direction of Lightning's story."

I'll hope for FF 15.

Versus XIII, XIII-3, Final Fantasy Dimensions, and possibly a remake of something, probably V or VI. Oh, and the III remake on the PSP.

Dude, if you and I were in charge of SE, we'd be loved by everyone.

And I never payed more than $20 for a racing game.

How would the racing be a turn off?
The racing would simply be a part of the game, of course there would be a plot and quests to complete/bosses to beat to advance with the story, but the background would be a world where the races hold an important place.
It would be something similar to Solatorobo: Red the Hunter on the DS.
