In the realm of consumer electronics, claims of a product being the world's thinnest or biggest are short-lived, as companies are constantly out-doing one another, however, LG is currently claiming that they have created the world's largest LED-backlit, 3D HDTV in existence, and they are showing it off this week at CES.
The display, dubbed the LZ9700, features a 72-inch display, complete with full 3D support, Smart TV technologies, like web apps, and a 400MHz refreshrate.
Little else is known about the display at the moment, but you can bet it'll cost you a pretty penny. We'll be taking a closer look at the LZ9700 later this week, so stay tuned for updates.

to summarize, this is going to cost you big.
