Mass Effect Andromeda had being delayed until "early 2017" as announced by developer Bioware. This was apparently needed "to make sure we deliver everything the game can be and should be".
This delay was expected for a while anyway due to a EA report suggesting the game would launch in fiscal Q4 - which runs from January to March 2017.
