I'm just about finished with this anime, got one episode to watch tomorrow and this weekend the english dub of rebertas blood trail should be coming in (Thanks rigthstuf!) and I'll watch that next week.


Got to say this is a pretty epic anime, though it is heavy in language and violence but that is what makes it great. Anyone here watch this?

There are two seasons o.o 13 episodes each.

And there's the EPIC OVA series, Roberta's Blood Trail.

I'm watching Roberta's Blood Trail next week in english dub, but I'm just saying I feel like there could be more to this series for a third season.

Also I just love how Revy just complained about rock being kidnap by a schoolgirl :laugh:

Spoil dammit! Anyways just watched the first episode, that knife to the balls was epic. The first episode isn't too exciting but I can tell the shit is going to hit the fan in the next few episodes.

Finished the OVA, wasn't as good as I had hope it be but it was still awesome. I hope they make a 4th season some time soon.

The way it ended did kind of ruin it for me as well, especially for Rock's plans. Its like it had no impact on the story at all.

I still don't know what his plans were, I just know it needs more than one episode to show what happens. We need another season plus when I thought they were all saying war, I thought every faction and their leaders be out there with guns a blazing.

Rock pretty much wanted to bring down Roanapur.
He wanted the US government to stop the drug trade, but someone up there had reasons to keep things going.

And yeah 5 episodes wasn't enough. From what I heard this was from the longest arc in the Black Lagoon manga.

Wasn't the Japanese arc like 6 episodes though?



Also did you watch any of the black lagoon omakes?

I did have 6 episodes. 

And the Japanese arc had like 17 chapters while Roberta's had 31.
