I rather just use a non-fancy version of Windows Explorer. This does not look very user friendly to me.

I prefer Xplorer2 lite : http://zabkat.com/x2lite.htm

TeraCopy is a lot better then Windows Explorer for copying, pasting, and moving files in my Experience since it crashes less for me in Windows then Windows Explorer which seems to crash more when I'm copying big or a lot of files.
