Can I actually put my hacked Pokemon White and Diamond onthe 3DS with the SD card?

If you use any illegitimate software, the 3DS logs your use of it, and next time you connect to wifi (or possibly with the next system update you do), your system gets bricked.

It's the actual game and it does say you can put saves on it...

I think this is not only about Pokemon Black and White. He is also asking whether or not we can use hacked games on 3DS.

The games the notificaion is referring to are eshop games and saves. No you cannot ROM a DS game on the 3DS (yet) via the SD card.
