Can someone make a banner and avatar for me?

Hello there! If someone here can work with Photoshop and make a banner and avatar for me I will be very thankful.

The avatar should have the name Atleiz on it, same goes for the banner.

They will be used for an Youtube gaming channel ( Grand Theft Auto V, Minecraft, Euro Truck Simulator 2, Counter Strike: Global Offensive). So I would prefer the banner to be related with these games,

I like it but it seems that it's the wrong size for YouTube.

And the avatar should be round 98x98
