Can Websites that have zero members be in "Advertise my Site" section?[Answered]

I have a site that do not have any members since it is just a regular websites with no forums.

I might add a forum someday, but not in the near future since the site is still under construction.

It is basicly a free computer, tutorial sites about Linux and Ubuntu 9.04 for beginners.

yeah that be fine, just as long as there is a link back to GF (be it affiliate image link or text link)
