wow, you know keith, I was at the future shop and asked about a game (Tales of Vesperia), he said he's never heard about it plus never played it in his whole life so yeah. I mean, weren't salesmen/women supposed to know everything pertaining the products they got in store? Wow, I'm like abashed and astonished at this.

but you know, strange thing is, that when I went to a smaller games store, they knew about it. XDD and they showed me the game so yeah.

I miss your point, some game stores have employees that know games and others that just employee people because they need a job and don't know nothing on what their doing.

Know this to happen myself many of times it's quite annoying to be honest that you go into a game store and ask for help and they don't have a clue what you are on about.

had this happen for Christmas, asked my grandma to get me fate/extra for PSP and she went into the GS store and asked about it and the clerk looked at her like she was crazy.

I know when I use to work at futureshop, during the interview I lied plenty to get the job. I expect many other do the same. It's hard to get work nowadays, and even harder to get work at a job you want.
