I just remembered few months ago when my uncle called me and asked if I should be joining the army soon. I laughed and told him that I can't process my mind around hearing gunshots always. Do you have plans to join the army, if you get the chance?

I could but I refuse, no one ever seems to come back the same.

I had given it some thought about joining the army when I was in high school. However, I didn't do it because I had other aspirations when I was in high school so it never panned out. I think I would be too old and too out of shape now to do it.

Faaaaar more volunteers who are fitter and more motivated than me lined up for recruitment in a country of a billion. If they run out and we're getting invaded like ukraine sure I'd sign up. But otherwise I'd prefer to just do backend stuff.

Just because you joined the army doesn’t mean you go to war. It depends on your job.
I see they have IT roles etc here in my Country
But one have to be agile and fit plus you should know how to handle a riffle.
They give a fitness test its 6 months in HQ base once you pass it you will be given to the career or job you applied for for example IT support or Network Engineer

I wanted to out of High School but was basically blind before my Lasix and that was a DQ at the time. I think my vision was around 20/600. My lack of urge to rush my Lasix surgery and stuff made me rethink the next 4 years and I choose a different route.

You can hit the gym and cut down on the weight to be eligible lol
Reread what I posted. I said 110 pounds, that is underweight. The average human weighs 150-190 pounds. If I tried to lose weight I'd end up in the hospital.
