Charcuterie

This is a French term for prepared meat products. Have you had one? Done one yourself?
It sounds difficult but what I think it is mostly is a platter with different meats, sometimes cheeses, & crackers. We’ve done that before but never called it by the French term.
What about you?

I just call it a meat-and-cheese tray.

This is the first time I am hearing of this but it does sound interesting. I don't believe I have ever had anything like this but I am going to look more into it now that I know about it.
