cheats for saints row 4

Really? Why? You can max out your character and be damned-near invincible in about an hour simply by completing challenges and missions. As a huge fan of the series I was very disappointed with 4 (especially the Enter the Dominatrix DLC). I wouldn't even suggest finishing that game, but if you really need cheats they are purchasable from the marketplace within the game named Executive Privilege Pack. Just as in Saints Row 2 and 3, using cheats will disable all achievements / trophies, though.
