What sites you are downloading from. If you having your downloads stops then it's your anti-virus that's detecting and blocking it. Check your system viruses system and firewalls to see anything that's blocking it. If you getting forbidden messages then that's what it sounds like.

I have been downloading from dramakool K vid videos.
I don't think it's an anti virus issue but I will check that as well
I have tried that but after downloading 60+75% it's going to the status.. Pending again

Maybe using a VPN connection may help with downloading Chrome's installer on your phone if your ISP is having problems downloading Chrome.

Maybe your ISP tech support staff can help fix your connection, so you can download Chrome.

I download drama from dramacool a lot. (_ _) I really need to look for an alternative now.
When the same issue has happened to me, it is because I left/closed the site. It only happens on some sites but as long as you keep the site open, it will not stop.

what router do you use? maybe changing your "Control Channel" under your wifi settings.
Yeah, I do the same and it usually isn't a problem. But once in a while, it will happen and it becomes very annoying especially as you can't resume it.

It's just that opening too many tabs is a bad idea when it comes to a phone
Never even heard of that brand before lol So no idea what specs and or what it can offer.
