sourceMany players are experiencing issues trying to pre-load Call of Duty: Advanced Warefare on PS4, and Sony released what it claims to be a solution.
Players unable to access the shooter should delete all files associated with Advanced Warfare, and re-install them. The official Ask Playstation Twitter account said they're aware of problems associated with the game, and have directed users to the PlayStation support page for a solution:
If you pre-loaded CoD: AW you must delete all pre-load files from your system and re-download all Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare content.
Please ensure you download all available updates for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and your system is running the latest system software.
PlayStation users are not alone in their struggles - Xbox users are experiencing similar problems, many of them unable to move Sledgehammer's shooter past 1 or 2 percent in the download process.
