Long story short, I don't want to buy IW just to get MW Remastered. If someone buys the CoD IW game bundle with Modern Warfare Remastered, would they be able to send MW Remastered to someone else? I'm checking to see if it's possible to buy it off of a seller.

From what I've heard it's a separate code/disk however you still need infinite warfare to access it so I don't think it'd work.
I plan to buy it for PC / Steam. I read up about the console already and it's not possible, but what about Steam? Could someone gift it if they buy IW or would I have to buy the whole package?
