The code geass social game had been announced. Tho they will reveal more at TGS 2018 DMM Game booth on september 23 2018.
The platform did not mentioned. But I think it'll be on smartphones because DMM is known and popular in smartphone.

A social game is about the only game you could make on the code geass series really.
