These computer privacy glasses are great for people who want to watch sexy videos at work, school, and other places. These glasses are good for secretly gaming at work, or school.

But, Staring at a blank screen, and wearing sun glasses indoors while typing might make you look crazy to people around you.

If these glasses become popular, then everyone will see what you are doing by wearing the same glasses which defeats the purpose of wearing privacy glasses.

One way around that is if the glasses are encoded to work only on certain screens or is works only on the monitor it was shipped with. But that could make replacement very $$$

I bet if they made contact lenses versions of these glasses user can hide what they are doing better since a lot of the time people can't tell you are wearing contact lenses since the lenses are on top of a persons eyeball.

But, doing work, getting excited, and laughing at a blank screen will make you look crazy, and weird to people without the glasses, and you might be sent to the school psychologist office, or crazy house if you are at work, or in public, and you can't tell them what you were doing since it will leak your secret, and you be sent to the principal, or fired from work...

Wow :o Those would be awesome for people that need to do things without others seeing. But I don't think it would work very well at school or work.

These sun glasses would be cool for small Tablet computers since you can also very easily hide your 7 inch tablet from view by using it under your desk, or covering it with a book, and make it look like you are reading, but in reality you are using a tablet while wearing sunglasses which hide the screen.

does the screen need to be blank? it could show an image of an email or something like that.

I heard the guy took out the light filter on the LCD to allow it display an image, and stuck the light filter on his sunglasses, so yes the monitor has to be blank for this to work.
