Connections you made on a forum

What bonds, connections, ect did you make because of forums? Some friends? Some best friends? Or maybe something even more like a spouse?

Friends mostly I wish I had a spouse or gf IRL and I met one on a forum but unfortunately not yet. But I do prefer going on Real life dates that's better cause you don't know who the person is like in Real life compared to online right.

I've made plenty of internet chum pals. But that's about it. I have no real work connections from it, no gf, and that but at least I've learned some things.

I had some good friends for awhile, but life happens, and they don't go online much anymore. I do have separate social media accounts for my internet buddies.
