Since there was talk of Christmas Cookies, I thought we discuss our favorite cookies the rest of the year. My favorite has always been chocolate chip cookies. We made our own then we could put extra chips in. Nothing like getting store bought & there’s only a couple bits of chocolate!
Another version I liked was oatmeal chocolate chip. We only made those a few times however.
Crisp ones are better if they taste buttery and salty and chewy ones are better if they have oatmeal and more sugar. But I've had too soft cookies that I didn't like, specifically homemade. The best store-bought ones I like are Chips Ahoy Chewy. But for a crunchy cookie, those Milano Pepperidge Farm cookies are addictive but I wish I could buy them in bulk.
One of my favourites when it comes to cookies is chocolate chip cookies. I know they do triple chocolate cookies but I always find them to be too sweet so I avoid those. Milk chocolate chip cookies or sometimes white chocolate chip cookies are the ones I prefer.
